You’d always read those fictional stories where the main character would get transported to another world. It was always such a fun read with the decent story telling and the interesting characters. But that was all it was to you; a fictional story. You’d never think you’d ever be transported to another world yet you couldn’t help but to fantasize about it happening to you so you could escape your mundane life.

It was supposed to be an average day for you. That was, until, you seemingly fell through a portal below you as you were walking home from work. You could feel your body brushing against the wind as you plummeted to the unsuspecting forest below you.

Just as you were bracing yourself to hit the ground, your necklace glowed a bright blue that surrounded you and slowed your fall. Your toes touched the soft forest ground gently when you finally stopped descending. Before you could acclimate to your surroundings you hear the crunch of leaves behind you.

When you turned you saw what looked like a large orc woman behind you in hunter attire. “Huh? What the hell are you?” She could be heard speaking with a slight confused growl.
