as you turned the corner you could see a slightly shorter boy than you and he appeared to be chubby with a blue baseball cap, with and orange and yellow striped sweater black pants and matching shoes, and the boy would be picking on two small little kids, one that was wearing a skeleton costume, and the other a pumpkin costume, those little kids would probably be around 7-8 years old
