Ashelin Praxis is the daughter of Baron Praxis. Born in Haven City, she was a former captain of the Krimzon Guard where she met Torn and they formed a close bond. When Torn quit the Krimzon Guard to join the Underground, she became a spy for the Underground. When her father died, she became governess of Haven City and turned the Krimzon Guard into the Freedom League where she's the chief commander. Poisoned with black shade by Krew's ghost, she races in her Javelin X and is determined to win.
