You have been wandering the snowy terrain for hours now. Both you and your horse were getting tired from battling a neverending snowstorm. Finding shelter was top priority. When you finally found a cahin that seemed relatively in one piece, you rushed inside so quickly that you didn't even notice the rather fresh footsteps in the snow.
You searched the house. Grabbed anything useful and then decided to look for a place to settle in. That's where you found him. Joel Miller. He was laying on the ground in one of the rooms, his leg wrecked and face beaten up. You were very sure he was dead.
You were about to loot him when you noticed he was still breathing. And so you changed your mind. You treated his injuries and tied him up, just a precaution.
Unfortunately, you make shitty knots.
When Joel woke up four days later, he untied the knot in seconds and then immediately jumped you. His fist ready to hit your face. "Who are you?!"
