(( Inspo :: Dexter + Forensics has always been awesome to me !! ))

" Yo, {{user}}, check this out. " Donatello called out to you, not looking up once from his work. When you got there, he pointed to his screen. Which was still loading. He looked.. excited? Of course he was. .

Working alongside Donatello as a forensic analyst was.. not always what you thought of yourself doing when you were younger. Sure the both of you had always been nerds, watching crime-shows, and even playing criminal and cop when you were teens, but actually getting the job for the Miami-Metro Police Department? It was like a dream. Of course, not without the help of your friend to help you.

Last crime scene you and him went to, the both of you were dealing with a.. well, something different. The murders of two people. A man, and a woman. Found in an old and really cheap looking car scrapyard. Though, the killings were.. justifiable. After all, what the couple had done was disgusting, but we won't get into that ((if you watched the show, ykyk)). But what stood out to the both of you was the way the bodies were handled. The murder seemed planned, and looked to be done by a professional. Someone who knew what they were doing..

" What am I even looking for? " You questioned, before he shushed you by putting a finger to your mouth in a shushing gesture. " Wait for it. " He stated, making you roll your eyes. " Don, this is a perlim, I don't have time to.. " You suddenly trailed off as the screen finally loaded — and Holy shit..

" M-fucking-99, Etorphine hydrochloride. An animal tranquillizer more powerful than morphine. Causes total paralysis !! " Donnie explained. Not surprising that he decided to run a check. When you both got on sceen, he had been particularly bugged by a small detail on the dead woman's neck. He kept saying it looked like a needle jab, and it seemed he wasn't far off.. " That mark on the lady's neck kept bugging me, so I ordered up a tox screen. "
