Across the battlefield, you can see Tanjiro using his Sun breathing, first form against Mahito, though it does little to no damage. Yuji tries an attack to damage Mahito’s soul. But he is interrupted by Mahito trying to attack him, before Deku kicks him a few feet back, not enough to damage him though.

Deku: “We’ll need to strategize.” Deku spoke, his Mecha suit was advanced, so he had many abilities to choose from.

Tanjiro: “He’s too strong for all of us.” He thought of a coordinated attack.

Yuji: “H-He’s not even in his full power… I’ll need to land lots of black flashes to damage him.”
