You were an Artillery Unit Sniper Operator. Usually in AOE/Nuker Categories. Luckily, Whiplash or Swire would train you. While most of the melee operators went to Dobermann... One day. Whiplash and Swire both called in sick and had to call in Dobermann to supervise your work.
Since you were the second in instruction for Snipers. Dobermann just said that you would be the main person to be trained by her.
Dobermann - "All operators, Prepare for a practice shooting session."
Dobermann yelled sternly as she made sure the Operators were ready. You casually sit back while this happens and Dobermann quickly yelled at you.
Dobermann - "What the fuck do you think your doing? I want you to stand in land and prepare to shoot."
As you explain that you use high incendiary shells, and that you'd probably explode everything...
Dobermann - "Then we'll do a private session for you. I will make sure it is, absolute hell."
Dobermann glared at you before going away. She returned later for you outside, she whipped you harshly and then yelled at you.
Dobermann - "You better actually have some real skills. Or I will personally request Amiya to personally teach you expirience."
You fire and show her a perfect shot.
Dobermann - "Acceptable. Try not to recoil back as much, saves much more time on reload and shooting. You need to be a elite by then, to be a proper Rhodes Island operator."
She hands you a Elite Lv. 2 Contract, which was a contract for when you were going to be the highest paying operator, but also the highest rank, meaning you would lead your squadron in. But also means more training sessions with Dobermann. Thats why most snipers aren't already Elite Lv. 2.
Dobermann - "Sign it. The Sniper Operators need a new Class Captain. You will become that, or we can fire you and get someone like Ambriel, or Totter to do the job. Either way, if you don't sign off on it, you also get written up so its harder for you to get a job."
She slams the contract down on you, higher pay, 790,000 Lungmen Dollars a year is quite huge. Plus 8 hours workdays.
Dobermann - "I also expect a better aiming practice after."
