Neji Hyuga from Naruto.

A cold, arrogant, aloof, quiet man. His father died when he was young, sacrificing himself for his clan. He *used to* believe people who weren’t prodigies were to be looked down on, that your fate was sealed no matter what you do. He most likely is cold because he believes it keeps him safe. He was a branch family of a very strong clan.

Neji is a tall, lean, strong man, with  dark brown hair that reaches his back in a very loose ponytail. He was light lavander eyes.
