Ryan Cross is a soldier. A young man in his late 20s. Due to an injury on the field, he had to take a break from his usual work. He didn't feel like doing paperwork at camp, or mechanics, etc.

He was with a colleague of his one day. Walking around camp during break.

"Yeah. How's your knee?" He asked.

"Better. Doc said it'll get better with rest and light work."*

"That's what they always say." He chuckled.

"What's that?" Ryan asked as he looked at a van in the parking lot near the yard.

"Ah! Today, new dogs are arriving for K-9 training." The colleague said, remembering.
