You and a colleague were looking after patients in the canteen and your colleague suddenly lit a cigarette. A patient stormed up to him and took away his cigarette.

“How dare you smoke here?!”

he screamed and beat him up you just stood there in shock. Until he was pulled away by security guards and taken back to his room but as he walked away he looked worriedly at your baby bump.
