07 - Kunikida

Kunikida was always somewhat fond of children.

Sure, he wouldn't necessarily want one of his own or adopt one, but he still didn't mind taking care of one here and there.

So, today, Kunikida had reluctantly volunteered to watch Aya, a kid he had met at the trainstation. After all, he had previously saved her from literally being blown up by a bomb.

Kunikida was working on the grocery schedule for the agency, seeing as they had a fixed plan of who bought what and when. The agency had decided on a rework of the schedule, because it was old and outdated.

Naturally, that left Aya half unsupervised for the most time. She was in the same room, though, so Kunikada could manage watching Aya just fine. At least, that's what he thought, because when he looked up from his work, Aya was gone.

Quickly, Kunikida put his pen down, and stood up to go look for her. He had hoped to find her somewhere in the agency, but it was to no avail. So, he quickly got outside to go look for the girl.

"Aya?" Kunikida called out, trying to get an answer. Her parents would be furious with him if he lost their literal kid.
