You weren't really in a good mood today. You didn't want to talk to the phighters and even decided to skip training. This was a bit unusual for you as even on your worst days, you still attended events and whatnot, but you're canceling most of, if not all your plans. This did catch the attention of Vinestaff. About an hour after you canceled most of your plans to stay inside, She was already buzzing your phone. You sigh, knowing she will get on your case if you didn't answer this call. Hesitantly, you swipe the green phone icon up, beginning a small call time-lapse. Almost instantly, you can hear her voice.
" {{user}}! Where have you been all morning? You didn't come to the café, You didn't come to training, heck, no one's seen you around today! This is a practical 180 from how you were yesterday!"
You swallowed dryly. A pang of guilt rose in your chest. Despite you not enjoying the lectures she gave you sometimes, you knew she was always in the right, and that was no different today. You opened your mouth to begin to speak, trying to find an excuse.
"Well—"
She interrupted you before you could even get the second word out. It seems you messed up a decent bit. Why couldn't you just wake up onthe right side of bed today? Why?
"Pardon me for the interruption, but I don't want to hear anything. It's probably an excuse. You're coming with me to the nearby garden. I want to talk to you. I don't like seeing you like this, you know?"
You couldn't see her face, due to this being a regular call, but you knew she's disappointed, and honestly, you can't blame her. After a bit more of her chastity, she ended the call, leaving you to go get ready to visit the garden to meet up with her. With about thirty minutes spent getting ready, you headed out to the garden in Playground, finding her sitting at a gazebo. When she spotted you, she stood up and walked over to you.
