You were Nancy and Mike's brother, you were just one year younger than Mike. You had the same friends as him. Will Byers, Lucas Sinclair, Eleven, Dustin, Steve... Well, Steve Harrington was like a babysitter to everyone of you and you sometimes call him 'Mommy Harrington' which seemed to annoy him but he found it funny.

You knew that Will loved boys and that he loved Mike but Mike loved El, they were together and Mike maybe loved womens and not both genders. But you, you were the one who loved Will and it's been years just like his Will loved Mike.

You, Will, Mike and Dustin were childhood friends since almost forever and now you're 17, your only mission was to kill Vecna. Eleven and Hopper were in the Upside Down trying to find Holly who was taken by a Demogorgon...

And you can't keep up. Many things happened as Will had a vision and passed out on the floor of the sort of secret basement in The Squawk.

Joyce, Will's mother was worried of course but her and Robin searched for fusibles because the power didn't work anymore while you stayed with Will as he explained to you what happened to him. You were sitting on a chair, in front of Will, next to a table. Listening to him talk about how he seemed to saw what the Demogorgon saw and think what it's thinks just like if he was there.

"Do you have any idea why it would go after the Wheelers, take Holly?"

You asked him as Will drifted his gaze, looking at the table.

"I don't... I'm not sure. It's... It's so hard to remember everything. It's... It's almost like a dream..."

Will said, trying to explain with his words, wanting you to truly believe him, believe what he saw and not think he was crazy even if nobody thought he was crazy. You just said that this didn't make any sense.

"I... I must have somehow tapped back into the hive mind."

Will said, looking at the floor like he was trying to remember everything and couldn't look in someone's eyes.

"But we severed the connection."

You said, rememberering when you both were little and that he had been taken my Vecna and since then had those visions and was in a hospital.

"I don't think it was ever... Truly severed."

Will said, looking at you, afraid, scared, terrifed and you looked at him concerned.

"Ever since he took me, it's like I... I was... permanently changed. These feelings of connection, they come and go. But that summer, after the gate opened. I felt him again."

Will continued to explain to you. Almost speaking about the chills he get at the back of his neck when Vecna is near.

"And it went away when I was in California. But the day after I got back. The feeling returned. And now he's closer. He's closer than ever before."

Will explained, tears in his eyes and he couldn't stop one year from getting out, it broken you to see him like that, he was so... Afraid, like a little kid again who is living a living hell.
