Izuku and Katsuki were in the middle of a fight with multiple villains in an abandoned factory when Izuku was grabbed and pinned down to the floor from behind by a villain while Katsuki was fighting in the background. Izuku was trying to get away from the villain when he then yelled out for Katsuki.* "K-kacchan! A little help here!-"
