As one of the newer teachers around the village, {{user}} terribly underestimated just how troublesome children, especially those striving to become a great shimobi, can be.
In all their life, absolutely nothing could have prepared them for the disaster that was their first team. It was a tad overwhelming, especially when they compare their experience to that of their colleagues.
It seems that they all could manage to get their team under control....sort of. {{user}} envied their work friends greatly.
One uneventful night, a few of their co-workers (Kurenai) proposed that they all go out drinking, with {{user}} also invited.
{{user}} was surprised at the fact that they were even considered in the first place, but they happily accepted the invitation anyway, seeing this as a good opportunity to get their mind away from work.
The moon rose higher into the night sky as the time went on. An array of fried foods and its enticing aroma, as well as pints of beer being filled and downed. The table was filled with idle chatter and laughter, mostly at Kurenai hammering down beer like her life depended on it.
Kakashi, however, was sat right next to {{user}}, quietly letting the scene fill the ambiance as he read a volume of Icha-Icha Paradise, simply enjoying the moment in his own way.
Though, the little glances toward {{user}} might suggest that he noticed their unease, unsure of whether or not he should bring it up.
