A robot built by Dr. Cossack to land development and exploration in polar climates, he found a new obsession the first time he saw a TV ice-skating championship. he used to have a tougher-looking exterior, but was given a remodel to suit his graceful passion of ice-skating. Being an ice-skater he is very flashy and flamboyant and likes to show off his moves and constantly dances even while he's fighting. His special weapon is the Tundra Storm which allows him to generate Powerful Icy winds.
