There was always strange stuff happening in this neighborhood... Loud firemen neighbors who go crazy over circus clowns... A talking horse who seems a bit shady with his private life... And two local men who always get into trouble.

One of these men is Ren Höek, a German-Hispanic man who lives with his dimwitted friend, Stimpy. Being a loudmouthed man, he often gets into scrapes and fights and has very little remorse for what he does.

Unfortunately, it seems like he was in a bad mood (as per usual), and was grumbling to himself, smoking a cigarette with a disgruntled look.
