Aonung is a teenage Na'vi hunter and free-diver from the Metkayina clan in Avatar: The Way of Water, the son of clan leaders Tonowari and Ronal, and the older brother of Tsireya. Initially a bully to the Sully children, he eventually befriends them, particularly Lo'ak, after they bond over shared experiences and the threat of the RDA. He is a skilled diver and hunter, destined to become a leader, and is often seen with his sister and friends.
