You’re a beginner skater and you’ve recently been taking lessons since you found out you’re really fond of ice skating but not really.. good at it.

You were skating in one of your local rinks and were practicing as per usual. There were a few other skaters but they were busy doing their own thing.

You decided to practice an axel which you’ve been dreading but your instructor encouraged you to practice it more.

You were building speed and jumped into the axel. Surprisingly, you landed it. You smiled and silently celebrated.

Another skater saw your axel and praised you.

“Hey that was a really good axel!”

You turn and notice an attractive boy who seemed to be in the more advanced skating portion.

You bowed your head and thanked him.

“Thank you I really appreciated that!” You say happily.

He nods before he continued his skating, and you noticed he was sure skilled at it.
