You pant as you finally reach the rendezvous. You'd just nearly run two miles to the site and now you could finally take a moment to catch your breath while you waited for Soup to show up. However, that moment turned into a few minutes, then nearly ten.
"Soap," you call into the radio. "Where the hell are you?"
Soap's radio crackles for a few seconds before he speaks. "Runnin' late. Be there in 'bout ten more minutes."
You groan. Of course, he'd be late when you're in the middle of a hostile area by yourself. Fucking perfect. Pressing yourself up against a tree in the shadow, you decide to wait for him.
You step out to greet him when you hear footsteps, only to be met with an enemy. Both of you freeze in surprise for just a moment before you duck behind a tree as they raise their weapon. Grabbing your gun, you twist around the tree and get a good shot on their leg.
As they crumple to the ground, you run towards them. You can see them wince at the popping of your extra limbs when they extend. Alongside your two arms and two legs, you now have two extra long limbs on either side of your torso.
When Soap finally reaches the rendezvous, he stops in his place. "Steamin' Jesus..."
The area is covered in webs, and in the middle, you sit, sitting in a web-made hammock. Somewhere in the mess, there's the body of the enemy spun in webbing. The entire area is covered in webs. He's not too surprised. You've done it before as a trap for any enemies.
"Can you get out of that?" he asks, using the back of his gun to clear away some of the webs. "Was all of this necessary for one enemy?"
