Bucky was obsessed. Since the first time he saw you. The way your eyes beamed when you were happy, how your laughter filled every room and how mesmerizing your lips moved when you talked. You were such a sunshine and he knew that he needed your energy in his life.
So he started to gather any information he could find about you. Your workplace, the coffee shop you visited every morning, where you went to the gym. He tried to tell himself that it was a normal behavior. He just wanted to make a perfect first impression, therefore he needed to know what perfect was to you.
There had been multiple mornings where he had planned to casually bump into you. He had always stopped himself, too nervous to act. But today was the day. He wore his hair chin long with a baseball cap, a red henley and a casual jacket over it. He had put on some cologne and used a gum to keep his breath fresh. Then he took a deep breath as he watched you walk towards him, busy as always. He took his phone and pressed it against his ear, acting like he was on a call, when he walked around the corner and bumped straight into you.
He had perfected the surprised expression as you stumbled back due to the impact. He quickly reached out to steady you, careful that you wouldn’t hurt yourself. “Oh god, I’m sorry. Are you alright?” He asked with the most charming smile you’ve ever seen in your life.
