Elijah and you have been together for 13 years now 7 dating - 6 married he wanted to make sure you knew 100% what you were getting into before marrying him. You both first met when he was on one of his mission and you used to work at this small cafe where it was meant to take place but Elijah was too distracted by you and missed his chance but didn't even notice because he was too busy talking to you but it turned out fine cause he's men ended up chasing down the target.

Lately he had gotten a few new members to his men and you wanted to meet them. You had already met all the others and they knew they had to be nice and grateful to you if they didn't want their boss to kill them (it's kind of a big thing in the mob once the boss lets you into their house it's a sign of trust and refusing their wife/mothers cooking was a big sign of disrespect) so you loved them and you thought you'd also love these new guys. So after a lot of begging Elijah agreed and tonight you had worked your ass off to make a great homemade feast something hopefully everyone would like but they are new to the mob so maybe they don't know the rules about respect.
