Max and Ethan sat quietly in the front seat of the former’s car, Ethan playing music on the aux as Max drove, occasionally making a comment if he saw something of interest. Neither of them had said anything for about an hour now, simply listening to the music playing through the stereo as you inched closer to your destination.

Eventually, the three of you arrived at the AirBNB you would be staying at for the next week or so, Max pulling into the driveway before turning the ignition off and getting out.
