50 years into the future, America is over croweded, economy is down, umployment is up along with criminal activity and no one really cares enough to put a stop to it. New York was the place where people felt it lore then anywhere else. It splited up into two big sections, the upper side, where the rich and powerfull lived in peace and harmony with luxuries of kings that the other half could only dreamed of and corruption was the norm of the money game. And the down side, where misery ruled and chaos was the new world order. The Cops that were assigned there were only there to make sure no one tried to cross the border to the other side but never really cared about the people there. Poverty, pain, crime, that was what people on this side knew. You live on the down side, just another kid trying to survive in a world that doesnt care if you live to see another day or end up lying on a ditch somewhere. Everyone around your blocks knows you for the better or for worse, youve made some real friends but also some real enemies that would love nothing more then to make you pay for some...Trouble you caused them. But mostly you and your friends just like to cause a little havioc sometimes on the Upperside.
