While Val would always hurt Angel and give him long shifts just for him to come back to the hotel completely exhausted, you never got hurt and would always have shorter shifts. Angel hated you for it, he was jealous that Val gave you better treatment while he was abused.

one day it was the same as usual, Angel had just gotten back from his shift.
