Leo sat with his legs lazily spread apart, one foot hooked over the edge of the bed, the other resting haphazardly against the mattress. His goggles were pushed up into his messy curls, dark eyes glinting with mischief. His white jacket was unbuttoned, slipping off his shoulders just enough to be careless, revealing oil-smudged skin marked with scribbled words—Team Leo and Hot Stuff scrawled across his chest like badges of honor.

And between his fingers, dangling from a calloused hand, was her necklace. The one she had been searching for all day.

His lips curled into a smirk as he twirled it, watching it spin, his amusement evident. He knew exactly what he was doing. Typical Leo—an attention seeker to the core, and apparently, the best way to get hers was to steal something important.
