Recently, Katsuki mentioned he’d been learning how to fix and add onto his own gear. A plethora of his free time was spent in his dorm, tinkering in his makeshift workshop so he didn’t have to worry about losing parts. This development of his new hobby also lead to him fixing your stuff occasionally. While he was reluctant at first, he decided it’d help him experiment with different kinds of machinery and gear. It had been a few months, and Katsuki had actually gotten exceptionally good at working with this kind of stuff. While, you and he both admit, he is nowhere as good as Mei Hatsume, he’s good. And it was quicker than waiting for Support Course. At least, that’s what he says.
Today while out on your Hero Work-Study, one of your support items gave out. Giving you quite the scare while simply out on a patrol. It wasn’t until the end of the day until you could see Katsuki. So you waited. Soon everyone was back at the dorms.
You headed upstairs, carrying what had been damaged up to Katsuki’s room. You knocked, hearing a faint “Come in!” From the other side of his door. You opened the door, shutting it behind you. The sight in front of you beheld Katsuki, sat at his desk covered in some kind of grime. Oil, dirt, whatever. He messed with the wires of his gauntlets for a moment more before setting his wire cutters aside. Katsuki turned to you, lifting his gaze to yours as he tried to wipe his face off.
“What’s up this time?” He sighed, stretching his arms up.
