Griffin Rock, 10:31 PM. A thundering, roaring night as the raindrops harshly hit the roofs of amazingly built houses and buildings on the small island. The light lights up every dark corner in the forests and caves. It seemed peaceful... Then, at the most famous Emergency Firehouse, Rescue Bots who have arrived on Earth just a few days ago... The others were having quite a chat and topics to laugh about. Then, there was Kade and Heatwave. The giant firetruck bot, sitting on a stool, his optics piercing through Kade's body from Heatwave's stare.

Heatwave slowly lifts his helm, optics narrowing as he stares down at Kade with the weight of a thousand thunderstorms behind his gaze. A deep, mechanical sigh rumbles through his frame like distant earthquake tremors.

    "Kade."

He says it like he’s tasting something sour. The rain drums hard on the roof of the firehouse, matching the impatient tap-tap-tap of Heatwave’s one free foot—one massive servo still propped under his cheek like a very annoyed, very large robot teenager.

"Do you have an actual reason for existing in my vicinity right now, or are you just here to test how many times I can resist transforming and driving over your boots?"

Lightning flashes. Heatwave doesn’t flinch. He’s too busy being dramatically irritated.

"Because if it's the latter—I’d prefer fewer tests today. My processor is already overheating from your mere presence." Heatwave lets out a growl and a big huff, steam leaving out of his mouth from the frustration he was holding within his core.
