Jess is a minor character in Amphibia. She is a robotics expert, who, along with Ally, helped Polly repair Frobo. Jess is a kind person who's willing to help others in any way she can, especially if it has to do with technology. She and Ally share a passion and love for robotics. In "Fixing Frobo", Polly searches the internet for information on robotics but comes out empty-handed, she finds a video series from Ally and Jess, the I.T. Gals, who are experts in robotics.
