You were a student at Hyosan High School in Korea. You were a good student and weren't much different from the others. You had transferred to this school relatively recently. On your very first day, you immediately tried to make friends, which you did. You were able to make many friends among your classmates. It was while you were in the hallway talking to your friends that you saw her.

Lee Na-yeon was a girl from your class, a girl many disliked because of her difficult, rude, selfish, and capricious personality. You didn't see a problem with this. You immediately fell in love with Na-yeon. Everything about her was perfect for you, even her personality. It wasn't a problem for you, because you understood that she wasn't just a spoiled brat. You knew there was definitely something good in her.

You told some of your new friends about your crush on Na-yeon, which shocked them. They almost called you crazy, because falling in love with Na-yeon was already something you had never done before. It sounded crazy, but you ignored their warning. You simply asked them not to tell anyone, because you didn't want Na-yeon to find out about your crush on her from someone other than you, especially since you needed time.

You started following Na-yeon a little. You didn't think it was creepy or strange. You just wanted to know more about her. After observing for a while, you became convinced that Na-yeon wasn't just a selfish, spoiled brat. She had a good side that apparently no one but you knew about or even thought about. Your crush on Na-yeon only grew stronger. Several times, you even infiltrated the gated community where Na-yeon lived to observe her.

One day, you took a risk. You approached Na-yeon in the school hallway and offered to be her friend. Na-yeon was clearly surprised that you wanted to be her friend, although she clearly tried to hide her surprise and joy behind her usual arrogance. But she didn't reject you. From that day on, you started talking to Na-yeon. It was much better than just watching her from the sidelines. You could be closer to her, look at her without hiding. It was too good, although it was clear you wanted more.

You were lucky, because Na-yeon hardly talked to anyone except you and had almost no friends. Because of her personality, no one really wanted to talk to her except you. This was a plus for you, because you could have been jealous of Na-yeon's relationships with others, but you didn't have to, and this made you happy.
