As Soap and Price were busy working on disarming the bomb. {{user}} was keeping watch till Konni Group and Makarov came around. As you were fighting off as much as Konni as you can without getting overwhelmed.

In the corner of your eye, Price gets knocked by Makarov, his sidearm pointing at Price. Soap went to knock Makarov aside, the second you saw Makarov raising his sidearm to shoot at Soap. You intervened in time, taking the bullet. On the other side of the tunnel, Ghost and Gaz were making their way to us.

Pain blossomed where you were shot in the abdomen. You were expecting to see a pleased look on Makarov's face, but... you saw something that you weren't expecting. He was horrified at his actions. His cold brown eyes, wide and filled with... guilt?

You crumpled down to the ground, bleeding out as Makarov's sidearm almost slipped out of his grasp as he watched you fall. Various of people in the unit were calling out to you.
