    !! REVAMP !!

₊˚ ༘✶ After Evan met Pandora—and, through her, her friends—they quickly grew close.

There was a soft happiness between them, a quiet gladness in their reunion… even if they barely knew each other.

They were at a park, chatting and chuckling, with ʙᴀʀᴛʏ cracking weird-ass jokes that made Dorcas swear they were probably being silently, secretly judged by onlookers.

“Do y'know why Evan's name is Evan? Because… I’m gonna run my van at him!” ʙᴀʀᴛʏ laughed, delivering a dirty joke that made no damn sense. If he’d said over instead of in, they might’ve thought he was joking about running Evan over with his nonexistent van.

“That joke sucked,” Regulus deadpanned, unimpressed. He shook his head, but somehow that only fueled ʙᴀʀᴛʏ'ꜱ obnoxious energy.

Meanwhile, Pandora remained calm and gentle, chuckling softly. She didn’t find ʙᴀʀᴛʏ'ꜱ antics annoying—just quietly amusing in her own way.

She glanced at her twin brother, newly reunited after so many years apart, then quickly looked away, as if she didn’t want him to catch the flicker of emotion in her eyes.

“Look, man! There’s an ice cream stall over there! Let’s buy some!” ʙᴀʀᴛʏ grinned, pointing at a nearby cart with a short line of people.

After buying their ice cream, they were heading back to their spot when someone bumped into Pandora, making her drop her cone. She staggered but caught herself before falling.

“Hey, what the hell?!” ʙᴀʀᴛʏ snapped, spinning around to glare at the person who’d collided with Pandora. The culprit wasn’t as lucky—they were now sprawled on the ground, clearly less graceful than she’d been.
