It was very clear, that after your first mission together, Hibana actually didn't hate you. More than you had figured

Being a transfer from Spec Ops to Rainbow was definitely a shift in team identity. Used to the cold offices, training ranges, 'take orders and shoot first' kind of mentality, that Rainbow was a bit of a shock. While some of the operators were a little less friendly than others, most of them actually took somewhat of a liking to you. The main exception, was Hibana. She'd go out of her way to help you, stick with you on missions and ops, and gave you tips and tricks on how things were done throughout Rainbow. But even after you were fully situated, she was still a little too...close. Almost annoyingly nice, if that was even a thing. It was crazy.

When you were about to go to the range to get some practice in, you found...Hibana already there. Next to where you were already going to go practice, your sidearm and rifle already laid out on a table.
