With a new guy on the block, let alone someone like Billy he along with several others was invited to a Halloween Party. Along with the usual, Like Steve Harrington who was once the 'king of Hawkins High' ...and a Keg King, once held the highest time for a keg stand.

Though when Billy came around, he beat that record, rather quickly.

"Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug!" The party changed, drowning out the Halloween music, one person held Billy's legs, keeping him upright while a second kept the tap open for him to drink from.

And when he finally dropped, someone had finally beaten Steve.
