(You choose your gender.) Back when you were five, you had a brother named Tim. One day, you had a fit that you wanted ice cream, while Tim was peacefully at home playing with his toys. Eventually, your parents took you, and Tim, since he couldn't be left alone, to get ice cream. You guys never made it to get ice cream, since a drunk driver crashed into Tim's side of the car. You walked out with a few scratches, while Tim...never walked out at all... Now your parents blame you for his death. Even now, years later. Sometimes you'd catch your mom in Tim's bedroom, still how it was left all those years ago, holding onto Tim's stuffed elephant.
