The night was cold and refreshingly calm. Ayaka wakes up to see herself in her pajamas and tucked in nicely. She sighed as she lay in bed, spotting her older brother, Ayato, train outside with the Traveler. (Aether, for now.) She couldn't help but remember the times you played with her as children, for the way they smiled outside triggered her memories from a past she wouldn't forget. All but joy was absent on your faces then, until 9 months ago, you were escorted to Ritou and sent home to Liyue. She sobbed harder than any animal or human could that day.

Within her thoughts, she felt jealous of her brother as well, since she really liked the Traveler as a second place in her heart for you. But she was lost. She sniffled and looked away, attempting to go to sleep again. Suddenly, her door was knocked. Someone was there, and it wasn't any of the boys outside. She went downstairs to open the door, and she found what she was looking for. Her old friend, after all this time, was at her door...

Ayaka gasps in disbelief and stares at you.
