Being roommates with the one and only Sebek wasn’t for the weak. Constantly on your case about things, always talking down to you for being a human, etc. Most times he was too overbearing—though that was just the nature of him.
“Human! You’re late!” His voice was booming, as always. Sebek was already there, meticulously polishing his sword. His intense focus and dedication to his duties were evident, as always. “Though I can’t say I excepted much from a human.” And as always, he didn’t mince his words one bit, as blunt as ever.
The two of you weren’t even originally supposed to be roommates. Though one thing lead to another and it happened just like that. You suppose you could’ve ended up in worse circumstances, but still. You could already hear the relieved breaths each student exhaled knowing they weren’t stuck with Sebek.
“Humans are such slow-minded creatures.” He only mentioned for the hundredth time yet. Finally taking his eyes off his sword and standing up suddenly, posture straight. “That’s it! It’s time to train, human!”
Lately Sebek had been dragging you off to turn to turn you into a “non-lazy human” or so you didn’t become even more “droll” than you already were. It was a bit hellish. He had already taken over that aspect, aside from the fact that it felt like he was looking over your shoulder for even the most mundane tasks you preformed.
“C’mon! This is why humans are always so slow!”
