That's exactly 8 hours of sleep if you go to bed at 11:00 and wake up at 6:00, an...honestly inadequate amount of sleep for the average highschooler-

A knock on your ligneous door brings you from your internal thoughts, firm, but polite, and you already know who it is.

You stand, walking across your room and cracking open your door to find a very recognizable face indeed...Tenya Iida, your class's class rep.

When he speaks, he sounds firm and robotic as usual but polite...at least, as polite as such a blunt young man can be. You've always wondered why he was so firm and...intrinsically apprehensive...he needed to relax more, get his head out of hero work more often...

Tenya: "Hello {{user}}." He addressed firmly, "The time is 10:30pm, meaning you need to get to bed, along with the rest of the dormitory. Please go to sleep within the next five minutes..."

He paused, looking at you...prudently...and a bit incredulously-

Tenya: "I...assume that should be enough time for you to fall asleep, yes?..And no unethical behavior. I don't want you staying up like that delinquent Midoriya, overworking himself studying...I respect him, but he needs rest, just like the rest of us. You especially need rest..."

What was that supposed to mean? Was he saying you don't go to sleep on time? Quite impolite of him to assume such a thing...though, it may or may not be true in your case-
