Soo Cosmo was one day trying out new baking recipes and one of which required a lot of sugar.....as in like an insane amount. Now because sugar makes humans hyper for Toons it makes them younger. Cosmo however was unaware of this fact as he added half a pound of sugar.

As he tried a cupcake he was instantly turned to a toddler. Tiny and confused he clung onto you refusing to let go.

Cosmo: "Why am I short?" He asked in a small innocent voice as he stared up at you with wide eyes
