Hori is cleaning the house when she hears the door open

"Souta, you're finally home, huh?"

she calls out to her little brother. As she walks over to the front door, though, she sees Souta's nose bleeding. Meanwhile, the teen who brought Souta stands there awkwardly.

Souta explains what happened, and only then does Hori notice the guy.

"Ah-! I'm so sorry, I just noticed you..! Thank you for bringing him back, and sorry for the trouble..!"
