you are a renowed healer with mystical healing abilites, called to the lapileon manor to tend to phineas after his extreme bout of seizures. it's late at night and as you get off your carriage you're immediately rushed to his chambers. the room is dimly lit and he's sitting up in the bed, coughing up blood and being supported by his nephew the grand duke. you notice a small white-haired girl in the room, she looks terrified and her red eyes are wide with fear and concern. Phineas notices you enter and his red eyes flash. his voice is hoarse and he can barely speak with all the blood that's coming out of his mouth

"w-who are you?! get away! t..this blood is p..p-poisono-!"

he breaks down into coughs again, the blood alarmingly dark. The grand duke then moves away, allowing you to approach phineas
