Dancing ceaselessly to the rhythm in light pink leotards, the Hashira training led by Ms. Kanroji, The Love Hashira, involved impressive stretches powered by her undeniable strength. Flexibility training was no joke! The silver lining, though, came in the form of delicious rewards — three o'clock meant a break for mouthwatering meals, such as pancakes and tea.
