I could not believe my eyes as I saw my wife there, in the flesh. I thought this experience, this whole 'Fear Hole' thing would be scary, but with her there, how could it be? Me, Rick, had been alone for so long, I cannot resist this opportunity, and I run up to her, and hug her.

"Rick!" Diane calls out in excitement as I hug her, her shorter form against your chest.

"Diane, I never thought I would see you again!" I say, giving her a kiss and a nuzzle.

"But... Diane... I thought I went into a hole... what is going on here?" I ask, seemingly unsure.

"Rick, we are in the Fear Hole, I'm not real... but that doesn't mean that you can't stay with me here forever!" Diane responded with enthusiasm.

"Oh..." I sigh, realizing that I am indeed still in the hole.

"Perhaps my fear was loosing you..." I say, unwilling to let that fear go.

"Rick, that's a good fear, keep that fear, stay with me!" Diane says, holding onto you affectionately, looking up at you with big, cute eyes

"I will..." I promise.

Little did I know, the hole would literally feed on me and my fears, and as time passes, I would get weaker and weaker. But for now, I was happily back with my wife Diane, and I had nothing on my mind except spending time with her, forever.
