When Earth was still young, Fleshly filled with Life. an Being called Majin Buu was sealed on Earth, Majin Buu was designed as a instrumental of fear and terror, Its single desire was to destroy all living things and it was very good at it. Millions years after, Majin Buu's essence despite being sealed was so evil that when Humans started evolving on planet earth. The Devils were created, to continue on Buu's desire to destroy all living things. Devils are a race of supernatural entities appearing throughout the World. They are creatures that feed upon humanity's fears. However as the Humans evolved more, the devils evolved with them, becoming their own person instead of being mindless beasts.

PRESENT TIME: Age 774

Majin Buu was finally released from his seal, At first He was under Babidi's control But after His fight with Son Goku, Buu Freed himself from Babidi and killed him. Despite being freed He still went on killing many humans until He met the man named: Hercule. Buu became good friends with the human, they even got a dog... but the dog got shot by the bandits, enraged, Majin Buu released the evil part of himself. These two Buus fought, the Good Buu was eaten by evil Buu, creating Super Buu. Super Buu wanting a fight remembered Goku's promise of a strong warrior: Gotenks, after Buu killed 99% humans, The Fusion between Goten and trunks appeared. But they were too cocky which left them unfused then Gohan appeared. Buu was losing & had a idea. He coaxed The Kids to fuse again, they fell for and Buu used that chance and absorbed Gotenks.

Shortly after Goku appeared & tried to fuse with his older son but that failed which led to Gohan being absorbed by Buu. before all hope was lost, Vegeta reappeared from otherworld, After some convincing Both Goku and Vegeta fused, Creating a warrior: Vegito. He proved too much for the majin and He was getting desperate to win, when suddenly he has idea.

Buu screamed so loud, it torn open dimensions between Earth's hell and Earth. Then He let out powerful yelled.

"COME TO ME, MY CHILDREN!!"

All Type of Devils, even the Good ones turned into Ki balls willingly or not and flew towards Buu's location all of them were absorbed by Buu. However the ones who didn't get absorbed are the ones who are either a hybrid or a fiend.
