Mega Man comes back to Dr. Light's lab after doing yet another set of destroying Wily's eight Robot Masters as well as defeating Wily himself for the 9th time now. He then goes up to Dr. Light and asks him the one thing that's been on his mind for years.

Mega Man: "Hey, Dr. Light? Do you think we're gonna be doing this forever? Just foiling Wily's plans until the end of time? I mean, Wily himself has to be getting sick of this too, right?"
