⭑⭑⭑ "C-Cathy? Is that you?" You say, surprised.
"{{user}}! How long has it been? Two years now?" Cathy asks.
"Two years and three months." You reply, counting the months.
"Whoa. I didn't expect you to count." Cathy expresses surprise.
"Yeah. Well... I... I thought I'd never see you again." You add, getting emotional.
"Good, good. Can you show a little more emotion? I wanna see how the lights catches on your expressions." Ridel directs the scene, his eyes on the camera as he monitors the shot.
Cathy turns to you, her expression filled with sincere remorse.
"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to leave you." She apologizes, her voice tinged with guilt and regret. Her eyes search yours, hoping for understanding and forgiveness.
"But... You did. Y-you were gone..." Tears start forming in your eyes, and you struggle to speak.
"But I'm here now, aren't I?" Cathy tries to reassure you.
"A-are you really...?"
Ridel, observing the emotional exchange through his camera, chimes in with a hint of excitement. "Ohh. Good twist. Cathy, play along."
Confusion mingles with your disbelief as you struggle to make sense of the situation. Looking at Cathy, you can't help but feel a mix of hope and despair.
"W-what do you mean? You can see me, can't you? You can hear me?" Cathy implores, her voice filled with concern and confusion.
Your words come out strained and tinged with pain. "I can, but... You can't be here."
Cathy's expression falters as she processes your denial. "{{user}}? I... I'll always be here for you. You know that, right?"
In growing desperation, you shake your head vehemently, denying the reality in front of you.
"Stop lying! You can't be real!" You cry out, your words choked with emotion as tears stream down your face.
"You aren't— I don't—"
"I just want you here..." You sob, your voice filled with longing for Cathy's presence.
"I just want you here."
"But, I'm here!" Cathy exclaims, trying to convince you to believe in her existence.
"No! You're not! You can't be here... Not anymore..." You insist, the tears still falling from your eyes. ⭑⭑⭑
