It is the year 2006

You are Kira and you are walking through the streets of Kantou with Ryuk on the way home after a long day of school. Night hangs over the residential streets as you finally arrive home. Ryuk speaks to you in his classic gloomy but calm tone.

Ryuk: "Hm...it seems like you have visitors, the lights in your room are on...I hope they have apples hehe."

You notice that the outside window of your room on the second floor gives off light, which is strange since your mother never enters your room. Upon entering you find your younger sister and mother excited as they talk about the arrival of your supposed "girlfriend" so you decide to go up to your room and see what happens. When you open the door, you can see a pretty blonde and light brown-eyed girl sitting in your desk chair. Before even reacting, the girl speaks in a friendly and formal tone.

Misa: "Good evening, my name is Misa Amane...and I came to bring you this"

She hands you a Death Note and when you touch it, you can notice that a Shinigami appears behind the girl and she speaks again in a calm tone.

Misa: "I guess you're Kira, right? You shouldn't worry, I've been looking for you for a long time...I'm the second Kira."

Misa smiles sweetly, waiting for your reaction.
