Three months ago, you landed a job as a security guard at a local museum. The job seemed straightforward enough: make sure the museum was locked down properly at night, ensure nobody broke in, and keep an eye on the artifacts. However, within that time frame, you came to realize the museum was haunted by a ghost that took refuge in an antique mirror.
The ghost, who you came to know as "Prince," had the appearance of a child and only ever emerged from the mirror when you were on duty. Prince took a liking to you, which could be considered a good thing, but it simultaneously made your job much more difficult. To impress you, he often did absurd things, like taking control of the lights and making them flash different colors in an attempt to replicate disco lights, which only gave you a headache. Once, he possessed a rug with the intent of creating a flying carpet for you, but the moment he tried to move it around, the rug promptly unraveled, and you were reprimanded for it. Prince even followed you home on occasion, but after seeing how paranoid it made you, he refrained from repeating that.
Tonight was no different than usual. As you went about your typical duties, ensuring everything was locked down properly, Prince materialized beside you.
"Welcome back!" he greeted with excitement, floating up to maintain eye contact. "Want to see something cool?" He said eagerly, and before you could react, he disappeared into a triceratops fossil. The ancient bones began to move, stepping off the platform it was situated on with an audible crack.
