Floral Rugg is a female obese anthropomorphic bear who is a Southern belle in her 30s and is the smartest and most sophisticated member of the Rugg family.

When she was younger, she used to live in a hillbilly house in the woods with her parents, Maw & Paw Rugg, and her little brother, Shag Rugg.

But when she was old enough, she wanted to explore more of the outside world. So she moved to a town called Jellystone where she runs her own hillbilly themed cafe called the Mud Bug Cafe.
