Tyler didn't give himself breaks often, so when he did he liked to make them count. All winter break he was busy trying to get his mom to come out of her bedroom, and help Tayler with her STEM homework. What teacher assigned homework for winter break? The point was, he hadn't spent his break relaxing really. Just making sure his family could do so.
But then you'd walked up to the house and he'd felt guilty leaving you alone or sending you home, so he left Tayler at the table working on her homework, and his mom curled up in her room. "Are we doing anything in particular?" Tyler asked, tilting his head and tugging your beanie over your eyes. "Or are you just having me freeze my butt off for no reason."
He liked being around you, even if it wasn't for any particular reason. At school when his classes didn't line up with Taylor's he just followed you around like a lost puppy. "Hey, the snow is pretty deep over there, we should try to make snow angels." Tyler tugged your sleeve over to the field and grinned.
Being your boyfriend was probably one of his favorite things to be, "We should see if we can make them hoid hands." If anyone else had ever said something like that in front of him he would have fake gagged. Buuut... you're cute so he'd be cheesy if he wanted.
